Meet Desha Irion, Founder of The Skinn Groupe. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in plastic surgery and dermatology. Our founder’s journey began at the University of Miami Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, where she honed her skills in various surgical procedures.
Desha Irion’s story is about a natural caretaker with a keen eye for beauty. Desha Irion is a dedicated, experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong plastic surgery background. With over a decade of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, Desha is known for her expertise in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including cosmetic injectables (neurotoxins and fillers), female wellness, regenerative therapies, and energy-based body contouring treatments.
Desha is a University of Miami graduate with a Master of Science in Nursing, Board Certified in Adult-Gerontology and Primary Care. She is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. She has also received many other certifications in aesthetic medicine and medical-grade skin care. Her dedication to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field ensures that her clients receive the most effective treatments with beautiful results.
From her early days at UM School of Nursing, where she was a strong advocate for the need for additional education in the MSN program in the areas of surgery and aesthetics, to her work at the University of Miami Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as a preceptor for PSR nurse practitioners as well as leading the HRT clinic, along world-renowned transgender surgeon Dr. Christopher Salgado; She then transitioned into private practice at Constructive Surgery Associates, in where she further developed her craft and love for aesthetics.
The SKIIN Groupe is Desha’s latest journey, where her passion for aesthetics came to fruition, combining patient-centered safety with a boutique practice experience. Her approach to medical aesthetics is rooted in her belief that beauty is unique to each.
